Our aim is to create awareness and support contemporary & classical dance by nurturing talented young artists who are carving their space & help them reach a greater audience by presenting them a stage to showcase their flair. We also aim to bridge the distance between various forms of dance by presenting them a platform where a medley of creativity and expression will be seen.

CANVAS's mission is to build creative space that bridges the geographical setbacks as a means to address the artistic challenges in today’s times. For this purpose, CANVAS fosters a process-oriented mindset and a collaborative culture where the expression of a diverse range of individuals is enabled, inspiration is stimulated, failure is embraced and experimentation is highly encouraged and appreciated. 

CANVAS aspires for a diverse representation of people, artistic styles, modes of expressions and dance forms. Driven by a collaborative spirit, CANVAS aims for an artistic exchange, that extends beyond states, countries and seeks to strengthen ties between artists, organizations and communities that have rarely the opportunity to collaborate otherwise.
